Arup HQ in Melbourne
One Melbourne Quarter marks the first phase in the multi-billion dollar redevelopment of Melbourne’s Southern Cross precinct, a former industrial and rail site bounded by Collins and Flinders Streets. The 13-storey commercial tower sits adjacent to a spectacular elevated Sky Park – an oasis of green landscaping in this very urban environment. Global engineering and design consultancy Arup occupies levels 1, 2 and 3, and this prestige tenant’s electrical contractor came to Drawable to produce the Revit models and documentation required for the project’s BIM execution plan. This has included all electrical shop drawings and as builts for power, comms, lighting and security layouts as well as SLDs, schematics, luminaire schedule and the raised floor penetration layout floor plan.
