St Leonards Square

Mirvac development St Leonards Square is a mixed-use project comprising 526 residential apartments above 7500 square metres of commercial and retail space, home to shops, cafes and a supermarket. Inspired by high-density precincts around mass-transit locations in New York and London, this enterprise is motivated by the new Crows Nest Metro station nearby. One of Drawable’s longest-standing customers, the major electrical contractor on the St Leonards Square site, engaged us to generate the Building Information Modelling (BIM) for their lighting, power, comms and security layouts to Level of Development (LOD) 300. Using Revit software we also modelled the cable tray reticulation, which involved recording all penetrations, throughout every level of the two 30+ storey towers.
