Tailor’s Walk

Touted as an “urban village”, Tailor’s Walk is a $360 million residential development. It spans more than three hectares of former industrial real estate (historically the site of woollen mills that manufactured garment textiles) in Sydney’s burgeoning inner south-eastern suburb of Botany. Five medium-rise apartment buildings and 60 terraces, set among green open spaces and public walkways, encompass 440 new dwellings. They vary in size from compact one-bedroom units to generous family homes. The complex electrical design for this entire master-planned development was drawn up by Drawable in AutoCAD, with our specialist team of trade draftsmen generating expansive sets of for construction and as built drawings. These cover all electrical services layouts from lighting and power to comms and security.
